I'm back from a whirlwind trip to see LD. It was lots of driving but it was a joy to see him. Now that I'm home I'll be taking up my share of family responsibility. My dad took sick the weekend of MS&W. My sister has shouldered the whole burden of his care - a substantial load. But now he's recovering and the load is too heavy for anyone to hold up. I'm off to the city to help out today. It will be a long week.
