Whatever happens to strike my fancy, but surely some sort of fiber content.

Details, woman! I want details! (You can email me the news that's NOT fit to print!) :-)

I know exactly what you mean. Where to begin? Which pictures to post. What details to include?

Bottom line for me -- I had a fabulous time. I'm so glad I got to see you when I did -- every time I was in building 6 you were away from the booth and I never saw you again!

Still floating on a fiber festival high....

Great post!

I loved the band you mentioned. My 7yo knitting son loved playing the washboard--and while he was playing, there was a BELLYDANCER dancing with them! She was not in full costume and had clearly just walked up. Very tribal, not Las Vegas style or anything. It was great.

I placed an order from the Woolery yesterday (a spinning wheel!) and told them I had missed them at MDSW. The woman on the phone told me the fair asked them not to come this year. Their booth stuck out a little too much last year or something. I'm not sure what the whole story is, but there are definitely some hurt feelings there.

Whew.

I made it.

I'm back.

I'm exhausted.

But I have some days off and before too many have passed I'll post all about it. Or at least, all the news that's fit to print when 7 girlfriends gather at the fiber ShangriLa that is MSW.
