It's raining of course - and hot at the same time so it's sticky. I went to a Weight Watchers meeting to make up for the one I missed on Tuesday. Progress: -4.6 lbs. hoorray!

Just about plied the first bobbin full, but BD and I spent the afternoon watching the BBC TV show The Human Face.
